I’m not happy with my print. Can I return it?
Absolutely. If for some reason you’re not totally satisfied with your print, our 30-day return policy lets you send it back for a full refund. You just need to pay for the postage to get it here.

My order was damaged when it arrived. What do I do?
This is something we never want to hear. Get in touch with us here and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. We ship to all countries in the EU, and the USA.
Will I be charged extra for customs?
If you live in the EU or the USA, then we’ve got good news: you won’t need to pay customs fees unless your order is over the value of $800.
For countries outside of the EU, unfortunately customs fees are out of our control. Any international customs taxes or duties will need to be paid before delivery, and are set by your country’s customs regulations.
I still haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Don’t panic just yet. Maybe it got delivered to one of your neighbours by mistake? We recommend asking around first, to make sure it wasn’t misplaced. If no one can help you, then it’s time to contact us here - we’ll sort it out!
Payment and ordering
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can even pay using PayPal.
When you pay by credit card you’ll be directed to a secure form, and your details won’t be saved.
Is my payment secure?
We care about your data, and do everything we can to keep your payment secure. We Stripe to process our payments, and we never hold any payment information or data.
Do you offer student/pensioner/other discounts?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any discounts—our prints are already great value as they are! You can save money on postage though by combining more than one print in an order.
How many prints can I order at once?
Wow, you’re keen! We don’t actually have a maximum print order amount, so you can order as many prints as you like. For logistical reasons a higher volume of prints may impact processing times, so let us know ahead of time if you’re after a bulk order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched then you can cancel it at any time, free of charge. To find out if it’s been dispatched, simply get in touch with us here.
My print
My canvas is loose. Is this a problem?
Loosening of canvas is an issue occasionally faced during transport of your print due to changes in storage conditions. While not necessarily a problem now, it can lead to tension issues in the future—and let’s be honest, it doesn’t look as good, does it?
To fix this our frames come with sections in each corner where you can insert corner wedges. Simply insert the wedge into each of the four corners, and gently tap them in with a hammer, until your desired tension is reached. This helps to re-tension your canvas, and the frame, and keeps it looking just how you want it. This may also pull out some minor dents in the canvas, however we can’t guarantee this will work.

My canvas is dented. What should I do?
If your print arrived dented, then this is on us, and we apologise wholeheartedly. If this is the case just get in touch and we’ll replace it for you, free of charge. After all, we want you to love your print as much as we do.
Does my print come ready to hang?
It sure does. All of our prints come stretched and ready to hang on a fixing of your choice
Where should I hang my print?
This one’s up to you. Where does it sit best to create the look and feel that you want?
What we can say though is that we don’t recommend hanging it in a bathroom or particularly steamy place, as this can affect the life and quality of the print.
Can I mount or hang my print without nails?
Absolutely. Because they’re so light, you can just attach a few 3M Command Strips to the back. Just be sure to weigh it first, so you know how many to use.
Do I need to clean my print?
Look, you don’t need to give it a wash or anything, but treating your print with care and attention will make sure it stays looking great. Just give it a gentle dust every now and then with a soft cloth, like cotton or microfibre, and avoid using harsh chemicals. That’s it.

What are canvas prints?
A canvas print is an image printed on canvas that’s stretched or gallery-wrapped onto a frame. Display it on a wall, hang it from the ceiling—wherever you want to put it, it’s the perfect, lightweight option to decorate your space.
How are your canvas prints made?
At Panther Print we use the highest quality materials to make your new piece of art. Made right here in the UK using warp-free slim-but-solid 18mm kiln-dried European pine framing and premium archival-grade canvas.
Our prints are hand-made here in the UK. Our frames are made from 18mm kiln-dried European pine, and we use premium archival-grade canvas. We print our images using genuine fade and UV-resistant pigments, to give you colour and details that pop.
Why should I choose canvas prints?
Picture frames are heavy. Photos don’t necessarily light up a room. Canvas prints are lightweight, and created to withstand what life throws at them, and there are so many design options that you’re spoiled for choice.
Are canvas prints tacky?
We don’t think so. All of our designs and images are printed on high-quality materials designed for fine art and photography reproduction. Definitely nothing tacky about them!
What size are your canvas prints?
Our canvas prints come in a range of sizes, from small to large. You’ll find specific sizing information for each print on its particular product page.
Can I customise the prints you’ve got for sale?
Unless there are particular options for the print you’re looking at, what you see is what you get.
Do you sell unstretched canvas images?
We do not. All our prints come stretched on warp-free slim-but-solid 18mm kiln-dried European pine framing, hand-made here in the UK.
Can I buy a digital copy of the image instead?
Our prints are only available as just that—canvas prints. Digital images of our products aren’t available.
